Question: How do I use your site to form a LLC?
Answer: It is very easy. Click here
and you will be taken to the input page. From there, you
will be guided through the easy process of selecting a name
for your company that is not already being used. Then simply
tell us who owns and manages your company and provide a
few other details as well. Once you have entered all of
your information, you will be asked to review and confirm
a summary of that information, before we use it to make
your documents. After you confirm the data is correctly
entered, you pay for the legal documents using your credit
card. Finally, you are taken to a page where you can print
all the documents you will need to form your LLC, along
with some detailed instructions telling you where to fax,
mail or deliver the documents once you have signed them.
If at any time you have questions or a problem during the
short process, just call us or send an email using our contact
us page.
Question: How long does the formation process take?
Answer: Once you have answered our input questions (which
generally takes from 5 to 15 minutes) and confirmed the accuracy of the information,
we will automatically authenticate your credit card using our secure server
and your documents will be sent directly to your printer, ready for your signature.
After you have signed the documents, you just need to deliver them to the correct
governmental agency, and we provide this information in detail in our filing
instructions. Your limited liability company will be official once the Articles
of Organization and payment are received by the Nevada Secretary of State and
they are successfully filed. You will receive your Employer Identification number
from the IRS within 2-7 business days by fax, or immediately if you phone the
IRS using the toll-free number that is provided in our filing instructions.
Question: Exactly what documents will I receive from your
site?
Answer: You will receive completed Articles of Organization
for the State of Nevada that simply need to be signed, dated, and then submitted
to the Nevada Secretary of State. You will receive a completed SS-4 form that
you will need to sign, date and fax or phone in to the IRS number provided by
us for your location. You will receive an Operating Agreement that will need
to be signed and dated as well. You will receive completed Nevada Secretary
of State Customer Order Instructions. Finally, you will receive detailed filing
instructions that instruct you on what to do with each of the documents you
will have.
Question: Can you briefly tell me about each these documents?
Answer: The Articles of Organization is the document that
legally creates a LLC upon being successfully filed with the Nevada Secretary

number, a requirement for businesses. The Operating Agreement is a document
in which you set out important facts and regulations about your business including
the management of your company, allocation of profits and losses, and member
contributions. The Customer Order Instruction form is simply a form that is
required by the State of Nevada that lists your name, address, and other information
about your LLC filing.

Answer: There are three methods of filing your Articles of
Organization with the Nevada Secretary of State: 1) In person by taking your
Articles of Organization and your payment to the Secretary of State's office
in Carson City, or to the satellite office in Las Vegas if you pay them a 24-hour
expedite fee of $125; 2) by mail; or 3) by fax. Whichever method you choose
to utilize we will provide detailed filing instructions including accepted methods
of payment, addresses, and a fax number.
